18 U.S.C. Sections 2257 and 2257A Notice

Feverhub Inc. operates an AI-generated media platform. Adult-oriented visual depictions made available through Feverhub's synthetic-only content service use computer-generated characters and do not depict an actual human being or actual human performer engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.

Based on the nature of those depictions, Feverhub Inc. takes the position that the performer record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. Sections 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to content that is wholly synthetic and does not depict an actual human being or performer.

This notice does not apply to content involving or derived from an actual person, an identifiable real-person reference, a live performer, actual-person uploaded material, third-party adult content, or content of unknown or incomplete provenance. Such content is not eligible for publication through Feverhub's synthetic-only content service unless it has been separately reviewed and all applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.

Feverhub prohibits content involving minors or persons presented as minors, non-consensual sexual content, unauthorized real-person sexual depictions, sexual exploitation, trafficking, and other unlawful material.

This notice is limited to the federal performer record-keeping provisions identified above and is not a historical-content exemption statement under 28 C.F.R. Section 75.7.
