Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Feverhub ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our AI video generation platform.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: Name, email address, and password hash when you register.

Usage data: Generation history, prompts, parameters, token transactions, and platform interactions.

AI assistant data: Messages you exchange with the AI assistant, long-term memories the assistant keeps about your preferences, and summaries of your chat history. This data is stored in our database.

Uploaded content: Reference images, video, audio, visible text extracted by OCR, speech transcripts used for safety review, and—only after separate affirmative consent—face images and short liveness video submitted for Verified Human verification.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and session data collected automatically.

Payment data: If applicable, payment information is processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the video generation service
• To manage your account and token balance
• To moderate content and enforce our Terms of Service
• To communicate with you about your account
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse

4. AI and Content Processing

Your prompts and selected references are sent to third-party AI inference providers for the generation you request. Inputs and outputs may also be sent to OpenAI safety services for moderation, visible-text extraction, and audio transcription before content can be made public. AI assistant content—including messages, memories, and summaries—is sent to the configured assistant model provider and stored in our database. Generated and uploaded media is stored through Tencent Cloud VOD/object storage. Feverhub does not use your content to train its own AI models.

5. Data Sharing

We share data with the following service providers:

• Tencent Cloud: VOD/object storage, media delivery, and transactional email
• Third-party AI inference providers: AI model inference for image and video generation, AI assistant, asset-library processing, and separately consented face/liveness verification
• OpenAI: automated content moderation, OCR, and audio transcription used in the publication safety workflow
• Feverhub's contracted application and database infrastructure: account, audit, compliance, consent, and product records
• NCMEC and authorized law enforcement: facts, content, communications, account records, and technical information relevant to apparent child sexual exploitation, when reported or preserved as required by applicable law

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while the account is active. Generated content is retained until deletion, withdrawal, enforcement, or a lawful retention decision applies. Consent, complaint, safety, billing, security, and deletion evidence may be retained for the period required by law, fraud prevention, dispute handling, an approved legal hold, or a child-safety report and related law-enforcement review. A consent withdrawal immediately restricts affected creator content and known derivatives while the deletion or retention decision is processed.

7. Face and Liveness Processing

Face/liveness verification is fail-closed unless Legal has published a separate, current processing notice and you accept that exact server version with an unchecked, affirmative action. The configured third-party verification provider's service region is AP Southeast (Singapore); if you are elsewhere, this may involve a cross-border transfer. Feverhub sends only the face image and short liveness material you deliberately submit for liveness verification, creation of your verified-person group, and later comparisons you request.

Revocation disables further verified-person use, requests deletion of the verification provider's asset groups and assets, removes associated Tencent VOD/object-storage source objects where configured, and records vendor/object outcomes. Limited consent, deletion, security, complaint, or legal-hold evidence may remain. Because final retention periods and transfer wording still require Legal publication, the verification and face-upload endpoints remain unavailable until the separate notice is published.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access and export your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Object to certain processing of your data

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session management). We may use analytics cookies with your consent. See our Cookie Policy for details.

10. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure.

11. Children's Privacy

Feverhub is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Platform.
