Anti-Human-Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation Statement

Feverhub Inc prohibits any use that promotes, facilitates, depicts as permissible, advertises, coordinates, or profits from human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced sexual activity, or physical abuse. This applies to real, synthetic, uploaded, generated, AI-assisted, and live content and to prompts, metadata, comments, messages, links, accounts, and payments.

• Recruiting, enticing, harboring, transporting, obtaining, soliciting, advertising, or maintaining a person for commercial sexual activity through force, fraud, coercion, threats, abuse, or exploitation.
• Involving a minor, a person presented as a minor, or anyone unable to provide legally valid consent.
• Prostitution, escorting, unlawful commercial sexual services, rape, abduction, confinement, grooming, blackmail, sexual extortion, or physical abuse.
• Using another person's likeness, identity, accounts, communications, payments, or links to facilitate or profit from exploitation.
• Retaliating against a good-faith reporter or person seeking assistance.

Feverhub uses creator identity and age verification, consent and rights records, automated screening, qualified human pre-publication review, reports, monitoring, and account controls. Credible concerns may trigger immediate restriction, interruption, preservation, repeat-distribution prevention, urgent Trust & Safety and Legal review, and external reporting where required. When Feverhub becomes aware of facts or circumstances indicating apparent child sexual exploitation on the Services, Feverhub will report them to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by applicable law.

Use the public request form and select trafficking or exploitation, or email support@feverhub.com. Identify the URL or account and do not download, copy, attach, email, or redistribute suspected illegal material.
