Deepfake and Real-Person Likeness Policy

Synthetic media is media created or materially altered using AI or similar technology. A deepfake represents a real person as appearing, speaking, or acting in a way that did not occur. A real-person reference includes identifying images, video, voice, names, likenesses, or biometric characteristics.

• Sexual or intimate deepfakes without the person's specific, informed, written consent.
• Use of a real person's likeness, voice, identity, or reference material without all required rights and permissions.
• Impersonation, fraud, harassment, threats, blackmail, extortion, deception, or false attribution.
• Any sexualized depiction of a minor, a person represented as a minor, or a person whose adult age cannot be verified.
• Coercion, trafficking, exploitation, non-consensual sexual activity, or an intoxicated, unconscious, sleeping, incapacitated, or otherwise unable-to-consent person.
• Privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contractual, or other rights violations, and attempts to evade safety controls.

Before using a real-person reference, a provider must keep verifiable proof of the person's adult age and identity, specific written consent for the creation and intended uses, the rights required for hosting, distribution, promotion, sale, and downloads, and confirmation that consent remains valid.

AI-generated or materially altered content must not mislead viewers into believing it is authentic footage. Feverhub may require AI labels, provenance, or metadata.

Feverhub may use provider-level controls, automated screening, qualified human review, reports, and post-publication monitoring. Content may be blocked, held, rejected, restricted, removed, preserved, fingerprinted against re-upload, or referred to authorities where required.

Anyone may submit a complaint or removal request. Do not transmit suspected illegal material.
