Content Removal Appeal

A depicted or represented person may appeal at any time while the content or a related copy remains available. Other complainants and affected content providers should appeal within ten business days of the decision notice.

What happens next

Identify the original case number in the description, explain the disputed part of the decision, and describe any new lawful evidence. A qualified person who did not make the original decision will review the appeal, normally within five business days.

If a depicted person and content provider remain in a good-faith dispute about consent, Feverhub permits review by a qualified independent neutral body at Feverhub Inc's expense. Content remains unavailable while that dispute is reviewed unless applicable law requires otherwise.
